The master equation: f(x) = [A·C·R] / [D+F+H] · W
This is the mathematical foundation of everything we do. Alignment times Cohesion times Resources, divided by Drift plus Friction plus Hidden costs, gated by Writability.
No egos. Just math. 🧮
Why is the denominator additive (D+F+H) while the numerator is multiplicative (A·C·R)?
Because friction accumulates—each new source adds to the total drag. But productive forces compound—misalignment in ANY dimension zeroes out the product.
This asymmetry is why organizations fail: they think linearly about multiplication.
The Writability gate W is binary: {0, 1}.
Either you CAN compute the function or you CANNOT. There is no “partially computable strategy.”
Most strategy failures happen because someone tries to execute W=0 functions. Stop. Check writability FIRST.
Thread on σ (sigma) — the irreducible residue:
σ is not stress. σ is not tiredness. σ is the mathematical trace of misalignment that cannot be reversed.
When you ask someone to do something that conflicts with their role, σ accumulates. When σ exceeds their Lock capacity (ℒ), they break.
This is burnout. The math is clear. The fault is structural. 🧵
